Crowd At Plainville Service, July 30

Friends, family, acquaintances and several hundred others joined together in Plainville on July 30 to memorialize Jennifer Hawke-Petit and her daughters Hayley and Michaela, who were killed July 23 by two men who broke into their Cheshire home. The memorial service was held in a tent in the middle of the closed intersection of Whiting and Maple streets. Dr. William Petit, the husband and father of the slain, grew up in Plainville.
