Arrests in Baltimore for illegal guns often lead to dropped charges or little jail time

Blue Back Square | August 2006

Riggers from Mariano Brothers Inc. in Bethel prepare the Noah Webster sculpture on the corner of South Main Street and Memorial Road in West Hartford for removal. The 13-foot, eight and one-half ton statue was transported to Bethel where it was restored. It was then relocated in Blue Back Square. Riggers Robert LaPoint, R.J. Fuda (bottom left) and Jay Merrick work to move the statue.
