Mark Rutkowski of New Britain works for the Urban Oaks Organic Farm that grows heirloom and unusual vegetables, all organically grown, in 3 1/2 acres of greenhouses located in an urban section of New Britain. Urban Oaks is a non-profit company that takes part in the community supported agriculture program (CSA). In photo, Rutkowski bags red Bok Choy for CSA packages that will be picked up by the members.
