As artists vacate Bell Foundry, questions swirl around its future

After his band U2 won the Grammy Award for Best Original Song in 2003, frontman Bono called the honor "really [expletive] brilliant" during the live broadcast of the ceremony. Though the utterance was in violation of FCC standards, the FCC did not fine NBC because the network did not receive advance notice of the consequences of broadcasting such profanity.
