Avon is seen near dusk for a story on sprawl written by editorial writer Tom Condon in 2005. Sprawl is easy to spot but hard to define. Sometimes defined as development that is ill-planned, low-density, and auto-dependent often build on what was once forest of farm land. This development, called Buckingham and located in Avon near the Canton and Burlington boarders, is in the final stages of development.
