The Peyton Randolph House in Colonial Williamsburg is full of ghost stories. Just ask any Colonial interpreter wandering nearby. Back when it was used as a hotel, a helpful female ghost would wake guests at night and implore them to flee -- perhaps because of the legend of a malevolent ghost who tries to harm visitors at night.
