Michael Johnson, convicted in the killing of Dianne Green

Michael Johnson Jr., of Newport News, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Newport News in the killing of Dianne Green during a Hardee's robbery in Newport News. He pleaded guilty to conspiracy to obstruct commerce by robbery; using a firearm in a violent crime; murder with a firearm in a violent crime; and retaliating against a government witness.
