The "First Lady of Song," Ella Fitzgerald, becomes the 30th honoree in the popular Black Heritage commemorative stamp series issued by the U.S. Postal Service. The stamp was unveiled Tuesday at Heritage High School by Ivey Green and Mayor Joe Frank at Heritage High School. The late singer was born in Newport News in April 25, 1917. Dave Bowman, Daily Press
