( By Matthew Umstead/Reporter / December 28, 2012 ) Berkeley County's five state magistrate judges were sworn in Thursday afternoon by 23rd Judicial Circuit Judge Christopher C. Wilkes, second from left, at the Berkeley County Judicial Center in Martinsburg, W.Va. They are, from left, Betty Jo Hersh, Harry L. Snow, JoAnn Overington, Charles Cole and Robert L. Lowe II. All Republican candidates, they were elected to four-year terms in the Nov. 6 general election. |
