Get your kids vaccinated -- or get out, say some pediatricians

Pediatricians are fighting back against the growing number of parents who adamantly insist -- evidence to the contrary -- that vaccines are unsafe. Some are advising such parents that they either have their children immunized against childhood diseases or  seek care elsewhere. Many pediatricians, however, are uncomfortable with such  line-in-the-sand tactics.
