Reform law faces severe challenge in Atlanta courtroom

The healthcare law touted by the Obama administration is now facing skeptical questions from three federal judges in Atlanta. On June 8, Chief Judge Joel Dubina said: "If we uphold this, are there any limits" on the power of the federal government? To date, three federal district judges have upheld the law and two have ruled it unconstitutional.
