Chicago police are asking for the public's help to identify a woman who was found dead in the Andersonville Neighborhood on the North Side on Tuesday.
The woman was found deceased in a driveway on the 5400 block of North Ashland Avenue, officials said. She was pronounced dead at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center at 6:18 p.m., according to the Cook County medical examiner's office.
The woman, who was white with a medium complexion, is estimated to have been about 60 years old. She was 5-foot-5 inches tall and weighed about 125 pounds, police said. She had blue eyes and brown dyed hair, police said.
She was found wearing a red sweater over a black sweater, black sweatpants, black shoes and she had on a pair of pearl colored earrings, police said.
The woman appeared to be well manicured and had dental work done, police said.
