Women and Alcohol Abuse
More and more, drinking heavily is becoming less socially acceptable for both men and women. But beyond the social and what some call moral considerations, alcohol consumption presents yet an additional challenge for women. Even in small amounts, alcohol affects women differently than men. And in some ways, heavy drinking is much more risky for women than it is for men.
