Protect Your Child's Eyes From UV Rays

Even more than adults, children need protection from the sun's harmful rays. Young eyes haven't developed an adult's ability to filter ultra-violet or UV rays. Long-term exposure to UV can lead to cataracts, macular degeneration and skin cancer around the eyelids. Your child is even more sensitive if taking meds like tetracycline or sulfa drugs.
