Well my dears, we've made it all the way to week 9, our final week on this Couch to 5k journey. I hope you are as proud of yourselves as I am and you continue on your path to greatness. This week we're doing a 5 minute walking warm-up followed by 30 minutes of running. It's very important to keep your pace in check so you make it all the way to the end of the run. Keep in mind, we're going for endurance not for speed - you can build up your speed later.
