Brazilian Navy Frigate Bosissio part of search mission

The Brazilian Navy Frigate Bosissio (back) is seen anchored in front of the harbour in Fernando de Noronha, Brazil on June 6, 2009, to take part in the search mission to find debris or victims of Air France flight 447 bound for Paris that presumably plunged into the Atlantic Ocean on June 1 just a few hours after taking off on late May 31 from Rio de Janeiro. Brazilian and French aircrafts and ships have been sweeping a vast expanse of the Atlantic Ocean, hunting for any sign of the Air France plane carrying 228 people that disappeared halfway between Rio de Janeiro and Paris after having sent an automatic message with multiple technical failure notices.
