Retro Baltimore: 50 things we miss


Only two dozen of the 200 students enrolled at the school were there for the reopening. The building was designed by two Haitian architects who relied on internationally accepted building codes, and it rode out the earthquake with only a few hairline cracks in its concrete floor.
