Cromwell police Capt. Roy Nelson briefs members of the media across the street from the Super 8 Motel in Cromwell on Wednesday night. Nelson said <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PLGEO100100205150000" title="New Haven (New Haven, Connecticut)" href="/topic/us/connecticut/new-haven-county/new-haven-%28new-haven-connecticut%29-PLGEO100100205150000.topic">New Haven</a> police and other authorities are maintaining close surveillance of <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PECLB000002740" title="Raymond Clark" href="/topic/crime-law-justice/crime/raymond-clark-PECLB000002740.topic">Raymond Clark III</a>, a person of interest in the slaying of Yale graduate student <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PEHEA000002" title="Annie Le" href="/topic/crime-law-justice/crime/annie-le-PEHEA000002.topic">Annie Le</a>. Clark is believed to be staying at the motel tonight.
