Fueling Up for the Long Haul

Words most mortals never hear - "Eat more!" - often becomes the mantra of those who coach endurance sport athletes. JR Rosania not only trains world-class and Olympic athletes, he also has completed 18 Ironman competitions, not to mention numerous marathons, distance hiking treks, and extreme bike events. Ironman triathlons are those competitions where you swim 2.4 miles in the ocean, then hop on a bike to race 112 miles, and wrap up the day by running 26 miles - which is about 385 yards short of a marathon.
