Choose baked meat over fried meat

Avoid the added calories with fried meat. Choose baked chicken over fried chicken or any other type of meat. Avoid <a href="http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/nutrition/pdf/Energy_Density.pdf">high calorie foods</a>. Stick to low calorie foods that don't pack a lot of calories. Removing the skin helps, too.
