Non conforming liquor stores
In a new rezoning effort, Baltimore wants to require more than 100 liquor stores that operate near homes in poor neighborhoods to close or stop selling alcohol within two years. These stores were grandfathered during the last comprehensive city zoning effort in the 1970s.
