Pictures: Hopkins Hospital art
When it officially opens May 1, the new Johns Hopkins Hospital facility will showcase 500 original paintings, sculptures and murals, created by more than 70 artists from around the U.S. Medical centers nationwide are acquiring art collections worth millions of dollars, with the aim of improving patient satisfaction. Here's a look at some of the colorful, whimsical and heartwarming artwork at Hopkins.
