Baltimore City Cancer Program Focuses on early detection, diagnosis, treatment and education, especially for uninsured. Funded through Maryland's Cigarette Restitution Fund Program. Baltimore County Department of Health Women's Cancer Protection Program Offers free mammograms, clinical breast exams and Pap tests for Maryland residents who are income eligible.
