Pictures: Doctors learn how to use stethoscope

Dr. Reid Thompson, right, a pediatric cardiologist at Johns Hopkins Childrens Center, teaches a group of pediatric emergency physicians about using stethoscopes to detect heart problems. He is using stethophones which are equipped with recorded sounds from real cardiac patients with various conditions. He has compiled an audio library of the sounds.
