Roughly Speaking podcast: Halloween special: Best of horror movie music (episode 168)

Susan Marangi

Susan Marangi (left) walks with Dr. Leisha Emens after she finished talking to medical students in Dr. Emens' Johns Hopklins class. It has been 20 years since her first breast cancer diagnosis, and Marangi had 11 cancer-free years during that time. Two years ago she learned the cancer had spread to her hip. The Parkville resident is the unofficial leader of a loose-knit group of women in the trials who compare notes.
