Kayden, 3, in stroller, had three open heart surgeries at Johns Hopkins Medical Center. Pushing the stroller, is his mother, Sarah Spencer, who heads the team that raised $18,575 for the <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="ORCIG000067" title="American Heart Association" href="/topic/health/american-heart-association-ORCIG000067.topic">American Heart Association</a> making it the team with the highest total. On left, walking with them is Kayden's grandmother, Pat Spencer. Sitting beside him is his sister, Avery Spencer, 7 months. They all live in Waldorf. The American Heart Association event raises money and awareness for heart health.
