Seated, Bob Pohl, has a laugh as Dr. Cynthia Webb, chief of emergency room at Union Memorial hospital, points to Gabrielle Raniere, a Union Memorial nurse. Pohl is making comments that his chest is sore, but at least no one broke his ribs. Raniere did compressions on Pohl in the medical tent after the half-marathoner, running in the Baltimore Marathon, collapsed about 200 feet from the finish line in cardiac arrest. He was helped by runners and medical officials. People who helped him gather at the race finish line for a photo.
