Annie Cummings
Annie Cummings talks with research nurse Silvia Petrik and Dr. Leisha Emens about her condition. As part of the clinical trial for a breast cancer vaccine Emens is conducting at Johns Hopkins, Cummings, 43, has to travel from Florida to Baltimore to get injections and have a multitude of tests done -- at her own expense. The 46-year-old Emmens has personal experience with the disease; her mother died of breast cancer when she was 16.
