Harry's Bishops Corner

Harry Rufleth, the original owner of Harry's Bishops Corner, brought the thin crust Neopolitan style pizza to West Hartford from Pepe's Pizza in New Haven, where he once worked, initially opening Harry's Pizza in West Hartford Center with his ex-wife Barbara Lang, and her first husband Mark Mahoney. At his new location, Rufleth said he continued to make refinements to the Pepe's inspired pie. Rufleth retired in 2007, turning his pizzeria over to Kevin and Anne Plaut.
