Charlie Sifford Wins In '67

Tears poured down Charlie Sifford's face as he accepted his $20,000 first place check for winning the 1967 GHO with a winning score of 272. He bested players such as Gary Player, Ray Floyd and Doug Ford to become the first black member of the PGA to win a PGA Tour Title. He was inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame in 2004.
