Tom Foley

Tom Foley and his son watch a televised basketball game in their Greenwich home in 2004. Foley was then a Greenwich businessman and big pro-President Bush supporter and spokesman in Connecticut. Foley had just returned from a controversial trip to Iraq heading a privatization effort for the Coalition Provisional Authority and was also a major Bush fundraiser who led the president's charge in Connecticut.
