Relatives and friends of activist Ahmed Douma shout slogans against against Egyptian President Mohamed Mursi and members of the Muslim Brotherhood at his trial at the New Cairo court, on the outskirts of Cairo June 3, 2013. A court sentenced Douma to six months in prison on Sunday, with the option of paying a bail of 5,000 Egyptian pounds ($716) to be released. Douma was accused of insulting President Mohamed Mursi and spreading false information with the purpose of disrupting public order.
