Milk

High in protein and low in carbs, one cup of 2 percent milk also contains 286 milligrams of calcium, and 366 milligrams of potassium. Whole milk is high in fat, and the USDA recommends choosing milk that is 2 percent or less. Going down in fat content improves the calcium absorption.
