Keno in Connecticut?

The state House of Representatives has voted for a state budget that includes the introduction of  Keno, described as electronic bingo. The budget bill would authorize 600 Keno lottery terminals in Connecticut. Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New York have legalized Keno. Should Connecticut do so as well? Democratic lawmakers rejected the idea when Republican Gov. M. Jodi Rell suggested it. Now, with Democratic Gov. Dannel P. Malloy, they’re more open to it. What’s your view?
