William Hudghton Hoey, Enfield

Hoey studied technical illustration at Glasgow School of Art in Scotland, where he was born.<br>

 He is member of the Tobacco Valley Artists Association in Enfield, the newly formed <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="ORCRP003791" title="Connecticut River" href="/topic/economy-business-finance/connecticut-river-ORCRP003791.topic">Connecticut River</a> Valley Artists and the Connecticut Watercolor Society.<br>

Hoey has participated in juried shows, winning awards and prizes for his work.<br>

His cover piece, a schoolhouse on Monhegan Island off the coast of Maine, is a watercolor.
