Inspired by the beauty in nature, she enjoys painting wild flowers, birds and animals. Her mediums include oil, acrylic, watercolor and colored pencil. She has studied with several local artists and attended art classes at <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="HOE9" title="Asnuntuck Community College" href="/topic/education/colleges-universities/asnuntuck-community-college-HOE9.topic">Asnuntuck Community College</a> and adult education classes in Enfield and <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PLGEO100100202090000" title="East Windsor" href="/topic/us/connecticut/hartford-county/east-windsor-PLGEO100100202090000.topic">East Windsor</a>. As a member of Tobacco Valley Artist Association, she has received numerous awards in various exhibits for her artwork.
