Robinson is the first player on the wall at Gampel Pavilion who can say he was coached by Jim Calhoun. Under the tutelage of the legendary coach, Robinson became a legendary player at UConn. He led the team to the NIT Championship in 1988, and went on to have a lengthy professional career that ended in 2007.
