Nutella

The Problem: Nutella, a chocolatey hazelnut spread, was advertised as a healthy breakfast food, until entering two settlements in 2012. The spread is made primarily with sugar, palm oil, and hazelnuts. One 2 tablespoon serving contains 200 calories, according to the nutrition facts on Nutellausa.com. Healthy Alternative: Try using jam or preserves on toast instead of Nutella.
