One part of the implementer bill limits tax credits for the production of major motion pictures, a surprise change that film producers in the southwestern part of the state say will hurt their business. Under the implementer's provisions, those tax credits will likely only be able to go to one entity, the Connecticut Studios project in South Windsor. Actor Michael Douglas has his jacket fixed by wardrobe while on the set of "And So It Goes" at Nicholas Fingelly Real Estate in the Southport section of Fairfield. The film, directed by Rob Reiner, also features Diane Keaton and Frances Sternhagen.
