2008 Groundhog Day: Not Accurate

In 2008 Chuckles's prediction of an early spring was not very accurate. 

That year the average temperature during the month of February was 33.9 degrees, 2.0 degrees higher from the normal temperature. The total amount of participation that month was 6.20 inches, which was up 3.28 inches from the normal.(Chuckles VI shown in photo.)
