Ashkenazi Whitefish Salad

About 3 cups 6 to 8 servings 3 pounds smoked whitefish (one medium whole) 1 cup mayonnaise 1 cup chopped celery 2 to 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice Ground black pepper to taste In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.
