Thanks to Congress, this future groom suddenly has time to do more wedding planning
Thanks to Congress, I have more free time than usual. I am a federal employee, but my job does not entail the protection of life or property. I am “nonessential.” So, while the Congress and president are split on how to fund government and lift the debt ceiling, I have time to focus on law school and wedding planning.
