Hutzler family's Green Goddess recipe

A taste of the Hutzler family: the Green Goddess recipe enjoyed at Pomona, the family home.

1 cup cream cheese (8 oz.) at room temperature

1 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1 can (2 oz.) anchovies, chopped

1 cup mayonnaise

1 t. tarragon vinegar

1 t. fresh chives, chopped

1 cup sour cream

 

Combine ingredients together in the order listed. Blend and refrigerate.
