Adjusting work hours to care for tweens, teens
From Liz Atwood: When I was pregnant with my first child, I panicked. How would I be able to juggle raising a child and working outside the home in a challenging career? But after six months of maternity leave, I went back to work and I continued to work even after my second child was born. There were tough days. The kids always seem to get sick at the worst time. It was always a scramble to get out of work in time to pick the kids up from the sitter.
