What are your favorite kid-friendly restaurants?

Richard Gorelick, the Sun's restaurant critic, is putting together a list of kid-friendly restaurants for a Top 10 Tuesday feature. He's looking for places that are not necessarily only for kids but venues that are also adult friendly (so, maybe not Chuck E. Cheese's, because that place makes most of us grown-ups want to swallow poison).
