ARIES (March 21-April 19): All work and no play can make Jack or Jill dull, dull, dull. You risk being seen as a single-minded individual who thinks of only work at the expense of life's other pleasures. Take a deserved break.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20): Simple pleasures bring personal peace. You might dress up in your best in anticipation that the next person you charm will be "the" one, only to find out that you could have shown up in jeans.

GEMINI (May 21-June 20): Know your limitations. The boundless optimism of friends and companions might rub off, so you may bite off more than you can chew and regret it later. Preparation and wise planning is the key to success.

CANCER (June 21-July 22): It is time to be less timid. Once someone else has made the first move, you have no reason to hide or retreat. You can grab someone's hand in friendship or join in on a group discussion or project.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22): Throw the dice. You need to be reminded of how often a chance meeting with an influential character changes the future. Your best success comes from setting a fine example of industry for others to follow.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22): Be sure to get crucial details ironed out with others before misunderstandings get a toehold and multiply. Loved ones are more than willing to accept an apology. Don't be so cryptic.

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22): Double dealing is dealt a blow. Someone who opposed your wishes might be put on the spot. Dealing fairly and honestly with others will bring you self-satisfaction and strengthen worthwhile ties.

SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21): It may pay to keep your options open. Don't put all your eggs in one basket. Your business skills might be enhanced because you have wise guidance from but don't put your money on the line.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21): Act on inspirational ideas. Grab a book or video and learn some more. A deep and abiding philosophy will act as an umbrella if storm clouds blow your way. Dull routines give way to excitement.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19): A hand taken in friendship is worth two in the bush. Don't let business or career interfere with your relationships. Some ideas that look good on the surface may not hold up under scrutiny.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18): Not all oldies are goodies. A stodgy, conservative outlook or old-fashioned surroundings might cramp your style and make you uncomfortable. You will prefer to be modern and hang out with contemporaries.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20): An image or a sound can have an emotional impact. Others may accuse you of being unsympathetic when you are simply preoccupied. Money could burn a hole in your pocket if you don't hide it away.

IF MAY 10 IS YOUR BIRTHDAY: Fulfill your fantasies during the next six to eight weeks. Your romantic nature is in full blossom, so go ahead with plans for a romantic escapade or the fun-filled vacation you have dreamed of taking. In August, your business expertise ends up front and center, making it a good month for financial decisions or career moves. Shoulder responsibilities with a smile and pass the cosmic tests that enter your life in late September and early October. Making sudden changes during those times can have a detrimental effect on career aspirations and a romance could head south if you place heavy demands upon a significant other. In December, you are too friendly and too gullible for your own good, so keep a new companion at arm's length.
