The under-30 celebrity crowd has money to invest in real estate, and they dive right in. Justin Bieber's very first home cost him $6.5 million and comes with a movie theater. Rapper Drake fell for a home with a pool that has an 80-foot slide. Here are more young celebs and the homes they've bought and sold.

Emily Blunt and John Krasinski: 5 cozy acres in Ojai
John Krasinski, star of "The Office" and wife Emily Blunt ("The Young Victoria," "The Five-Year Engagement") bought a country home in fall 2012. The property, at over 5 acres, has a spacious main house. And the trees aren't the only thing that's green. Krasinski and Blunt have solar.
