"This is a grand dame, old-style brick Colonial that [offers] over 5,000 square feet of living space," said listing agent Barbara Goldberg of Long & Foster Real Estate in reference to the 113-year-old home built on an embankment off a tree-lined street. "This is a lot of house for a little bit of money, and it has location for sure."

Eight bedrooms are on the second and third floors, with a game room and sleeping porch on the second floor. At ground level, a center hall entry opens onto a living room, dining room, library and kitchen. There are four full bathrooms and one half-bath. Hardwood floors and three fireplaces add to the grandeur of this turn-of-the-century property with original details, such as chair railings, crown moldings and a double staircase.

"The living room has French doors that open onto a 42-foot porch," Goldberg said. "A fenced rear yard features a large patio constructed with pavers."
