Raising tilapia
Meir Lazar is pictured reflected in his 50 gallon tank where he raises his tilapia. He is raising tilapia at his Pikesville home, with the aim of feeding them to his family. He uses the fish waste to help feed vegetables he is growing in his greenhouse in his backyard.
