It started as an online fashion web site with frequent showcasings at festivals in Baltimore and Washington. It has resulted in a flagship boutique in <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PLGEO100100603011100" title="Fells Point" href="/topic/us/maryland/baltimore-county/baltimore/fells-point-PLGEO100100603011100.topic">Fells Point</a>. Hanger Alley is banking that a high quality, low cost concept will work in the emerging Fells Point business district. All items sold at Hanger Alley are less than $100. D.C. native Nichole Daley, the concept's founder, has lived in <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PLGEO100100804000000" title="New York City" href="/topic/us/new-york/new-york-city-PLGEO100100804000000.topic">New York City</a> and Los Angeles, and pulls affordable clothes from the fashion centers. She hopes her eye results in the story having a collection that is "unique, creative and full of personality."<br>
